MySkincare Boutique is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality aesthetic services + clinical skincare products available. Our focus is on the individual. We believe that because no two people are alike, treatment plans must be client-specific. MySkincare Boutique practitioners will work with you to create an individualized skincare plan designed to your physiology to maximize potential + achieve superior results.

Cancellation Policy - we require a minimum of 24 hours of advanced cancellation notice. Credit cards are required to hold your appointment, although you may reschedule your appointment, it must be rescheduled prior to the 24 hour window to avoid the cancellation fee of $35.00.

Appointments: Consultations and services are available by appointment. Upon booking, clients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms, or other paperwork, using the bathroom, etc. If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other client appointments (in some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment).

Cancellation Policy: MySkincare Boutique has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us 24 hours notice so we can make the time available to other clients. A $35 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for missed appointments not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance in addition to a charge of up to 50% of total treatment. Amounts in excess of $50 can be applied toward your next treatment.

Return Policy: No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services. Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.

Treatment Expiration: All Service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months of date of purchase or they will expire.

Privacy Policy: MySkincare Boutique takes privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.

Tipping and Gratuity: The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.

Treatment Outcomes: Aesthetics is not an exact science, and response to a given treatment will vary from person to person. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
